The action in  "Good Morning, Belgrade"  focuses upon the shooting of a film which deals with  Belgrade in future. The film crew with a small budget and lots of trouble is faced with various inconveniences in  the present day Belgrade, such as the city cleaning and maintenance services,  but also with lives of  common people and visionary projects of the city's future outlook.  The present day events are compared to the excerpts of a futuristic flick entitled "Pretty Women Walking Through the City", thus revealing the technology of the film making.
